Super Hero Training!

CALLING ALL
SUPERHEROS
Super Hero Training at the Washington County Public Library  was in full swing last week!

Mrs. Zedra 'flew' across the county, to provide training at the Wausau Library, Country Oaks Literacy Center, 
and the Main Branch located in Chipley.




 Mondays
June 8, 15, 22, & 29,

Reminder: Due to the Dust Bowl Exhibit arriving in July, our Summer Program will be shortened.
However; Your  Library will be providing entertainment by Dr. Magical Balloons on June 26, 2015 Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the Watermelon Festival. Bring the kids and be entertained!

Dr. Magical Balloons!

Dr. Magical Balloons came to visit the Ag Center for a free show and tell stories in his 
 Festively Fantastic Phantasmagorical Fun Way!
The  Balloon Show was a uniquely entertaining experience once again!


The children were encouraged to help tell the stories ~Looking forward to inviting Dr. Magical Balloons back again next year.

Bubble Guts Week!

A turbulent week for tummies as we discussed the gross things that our bodies do. 
Microscopic pictures of our tongue  and bodily functions we don’t often talk about, were met with many EWWS and GROSS sounds! 
As you can guess, our craft was fake puke!

Week 3 of MAD SCIENTISTS

Washington County has been over-run with MAD SCIENTISTS this week! 
Kids of all ages learned the six steps to becoming a mad scientist, with wild hair being step 1.
